Thank you for shopping with CochlearSpare. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a refund or exchange under the terms below.
Defective item returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns for products ordered by mistake or for items you later decide you did not want.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please send a clear video showing the defect via email or WhatsApp. Once verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions.

Please ship the item in its original packaging to the address provided after RMA approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product cost only. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Exceptions & Conditions
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Video proof of defect is required prior to approval.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
