Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re satisfied with your product. However, if you receive a defective item, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully below.
Returns
We accept returns only for defective items. If the item received is not what the customer intended to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges in such cases.
Return Process
To begin the return process, please send a clear video showing the product defect to either of the following:

Once the defect is confirmed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and send it to:

Note: We cover return shipping costs only for defective products. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Important: Returns without prior video proof of the defect may not be accepted.
