Can I buy batteries for the AB Harmony here?

Yes. We stock new PowerCel Plus and PowerCel Slim batteries for the Harmony in Black, Sand Beige and Silver (comparable to CI-5540 and CI-5520). They are new, not used, and charge in your existing Harmony PowerCel charger.

Will these parts work with my implant?

The Harmony processor is used with the Clarion C1 (1.0 and 1.2), CII and HiRes 90K implants. Our parts fit any Harmony processor, whichever implant it is paired with. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we confirm before you pay.

Do you also have parts for the Auria processor?

Many Harmony accessories were sold under the Auria name, so the PowerCel batteries, charger, T-Mic and headpiece cables on this page are the same parts. If your old part is labelled Auria, send us a photo and we will match it.

Are the Harmony parts new?

Yes. All Harmony batteries, chargers, T-Mics, cables and the universal headpiece are new compatible parts, checked before dispatch.

PowerCel Plus or PowerCel Slim: which one do I need?

Both fit every Harmony. The Plus is larger and runs longer between charges; the Slim is shorter and lighter. Many people keep one of each: Plus for long days, Slim for comfort.

Can I use a Naida universal headpiece (UHP) with my Harmony?

Yes. The universal headpiece (CI-5305) works with the Harmony when used with a UHP-to-Harmony headpiece cable (CI-5410 series). Our new Harmony universal headpiece (UHP) and 9, 11 and 26 cm cables are listed on this page.

How do I know which headpiece cable length to order?

Measure your current cable from plug to plug. Harmony cables come in 9, 11 and 26 cm; most adults use 9 or 11 cm, and 26 cm is for wearing the processor off the ear.

Do you ship to the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe?
