Customer Rights: Full Refund Guarantee At CochlearSpare, we ensure you get exactly what you paid for. You are entitled to a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a free replacement in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from your order.

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within our maximum window.

  • Defective or Damaged (DOA): If the product is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival. In these cases, CochlearSpare will cover all return shipping costs.

General Return Policy Returns for other reasons (if approved by our team) are subject to specific conditions. We generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” or orders made by mistake.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Manufacturer Defects/Damage: CochlearSpare covers all shipping and return costs.

  • Other Approved Returns: If we agree to a return for any reason other than a defect, the customer is responsiblefor both the original shipping fees and the return shipping costs.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

  • Video Proof: A clear video showing the defect is strictly required for technical verification and to authorize the free return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned with all original accessories and their Signature Packaging. Missing parts will result in a deduction from the refund value.

Customs & Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs/duties or failed to pick up the item, both original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
