All orders are shipped using DHL Express through our business account, allowing us to offer secure, fast, and discounted global shipping rates.
Free Shipping
We offer free international shipping on all orders over $250 USD. Orders below this threshold are charged based on DHL’s live rate calculations at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking code and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. Orders are fulfilled either from our central warehouse or from certified regional partners for faster delivery and customs clearance.
Customs & Duties
Customs handling is managed directly by DHL. Customers may be subject to import duties or taxes based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
